Statutory compliances for contract staff
We manage PF, ESI and other statutory compliances applicable to contract staff on our rolls, along with attendance and replacement support.
* Turnaround is an indicative target for the first 3–5 screened profiles per opening, counted in working days from a confirmed requirement (role, location, CTC and number of openings): 2–3 working days for non-IT/volume roles, 3–5 for freshers and entry-level IT, 5–10 for experienced or niche IT. Actual timelines depend on the role and are agreed in writing.
